UNDER ARMOUR CURRY 3

Big Curry guy.... but man Steph played like doo doo.... has he lost his magic?

Curry never plays well on Xmas day probably because he's a religious person and he'd rather have the whole day with his family instead of playing A GAME.

Who knows what's really going on, I think he is still not fully healthy from the injury....he can't shake and bake like last year....hopefully I'm wrong about that.

Anyways just dissapointed Dubs lost coz of bad officiating....

They lost because they blew a 14pt lead in the 4th quarter (not because of bad officiating)....something they NEVER did last year. It will take time for them to get on the same page like they were last year. They should have it figured out come playoff time, dont trip

^^^^ Man.....Under Armour chill man lol.

If they are going to do this they need to start doing fewer and better color ways. The dude that was in here said something about it having a strap, which I'm cool with, but.....

They need to stop with the .5 shoes. Are the 3's even selling well?

I don't really think so. I went in to a Finishline and the "Heritage" was there, the all black, and the grey. This was about 2-3 weeks ago. I had never seen the blue ones besides the 2.5s actually setting in a store.

The hype has cooled for this line, which I'm fine with. I like the 3, but color ways are weak so far, in my opinion. I also feel like people don't think that these shoes deserve to be priced where they are.

I agree. I appreciate the materials on the 3 (especially the Anafoam), but just from the cushioning, these scream $110-$120. Too many other, cheaper options out there that just flat out feel better.

I personally like the cushion. I had Micro G in a pair of Gridiron Trainers, so I don't know. I do like the Anafoam, but overall I don't get that giddy feeling I had when I saw the "Suit and Tie" or "Haight Street" or the white "Hoop Nation" color ways. I just want that feeling with this shoe and I haven't had it yet. They raised it to 140, but unfortunately, you can still get decent performers/hyped shoes at Nike outlets or Lillards even are 115. When you think about it in comparison......it's a no brainer for some people.

The Suit and Ties were dope, but the Gold Rings did it for me, as far as the 2's are concerned. I just have a hard time, personally, buying into Charged, even if it has practical performance applications for guards (great response time, court feel, control etc.). I might have mentioned in a previous post that UA could be better served utilizing a more dynamic cushion source for public release, while sticking with Charged for Steph's p.e.'s if he wishes.

I'm definitely not a fan of .5 shoes from any brand.

Not that they don't look good or perform well, but it's a little gimmicky.  To me, the pattern seems to be to "fix" any issues the first shoe had, for example, Rose 2 had a story telling traction pattern that wasn't that good so in the 2.5 they went with full herringbone.

Not saying every shoe does that.  My preference is for them to get it right on the first shoe and release team models if they want to push more product.

For me, I got off the Curry line after the 2.  The only thing remarkable about the 2 to me was the traction.  Everything else (fit, transition, cushioning) was average or below, especially compared to what's out there with Boost models.  Charged can't touch Boost, good Zoom or Jetlon.

Right now, I think Adidas is on top of bball in terms of performance and value without question, and the Lillard 3 is yet another model to look forward to.  UA doesn't have anything that appeals to me at the moment.

The only good improvement to a shoe on the same number for a line was the LeBron 8. V2 was awesome. V3 of the 8 not so much.

No joke almost everything 50% off. The site moving at a snail's pace though. Too bad I bought mine last month for $100.
