Meltzer is reporting that Ibushi has an agreeement with WWE that doesn't only include the GCS and if Ricochet drops the tag belt next week, that would be a sign that he's in the GCS as well.

Im watching HOF beginning to end. It has been awesome watching every one they have on the network and like I said last wk, very sad to know Piper and Dusty are no longer here because they were at last years one with good interviews on the red carpet.

– According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, he was initially told by a source, prior to the Finn Balor vs Samoa Joe main event at NXT Takeover Dallas last night, that Joe is headed for the WWE main roster, so he would likely lose the match at Takeover.
Meltzer added that between the time he was told of Joe’s main roster plans and Takeover, WWE went back-and-forth on the Takeover match finish, and at one point Joe was set to win the bout and become the new NXT Champion. The fact that WWE settled on Samoa Joe losing to Balor could be an indication, though not a confirmation, that Joe is headed to the WWE main roster in the near future.
As for Balor, there has been speculation for quite sometime that he, along with Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows, will be brought to the main roster soon to form the WWE’s version of the Bullet Club, or Balor Club.
