It's pretty bad when the flagship air Jordan model is not even available in proper sizes for big and tall basketball players unless they are in the nba or on a Jordan brand sponsored team. Why?

Played around 2 hours tonight and trained in these yesterday. I'm about 5'10" 160 and play point guard. Been playing in lows for years. These were great. Bit roomy around the top of the foot/lower ankle, but I'm going to try shorter laces and not using the top lace hole next time (although I love shoes that have an area to tuck laces like these do). Traction was great, great overall feel, I've always loved zoom, and I'm really optimistic about these. Hopefully there's a low in the works, I'm already ready already!

at 9 AM local time (Germany) I ordered them at Footlocker Europe because the website of Nike.de was so slow in putting the AJxxx1 green abyss into my shopping cart.
Am so excited to receive them next week. It's the first time I go for such unconventional colorway for a new Air Jordan.

I think it really depends whether the consumer wants a more conventional colorway or a more daring colorway.
I opted for the Rios because i have already plenty of white based air Jordans, the Banneds remind me too of the Aj17 black / silvers and the Aj11 black/reds.
I wanted something new.
I remember when i chose the white/black -red xx1 over the red suede xx1 which I regretted afterwards.
In the end, a consumer should buy what satisfy him/her most.
I agree that on nike.de shop they still have all sizes available.
It's not the same compared to the xx8 electric greens.
But maybe also that they produced much more of them.
