Do you have to know a bookie to place bets? I was going to bet on Bisping to beat Rockhold last night, but don't know where I can put money down. And guess who won................

Bookie, no, but there are some reputable european based sportbooks that cater to people in your situation. 5Dimes and Bovada come to mind. There are more but you have to do your research regarding money transfer, payouts, and reputation.
