OFFICIAL 2016 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

So who's going to be this year's Broncos/Panthers as far as fantasy defenses go? Panthers lost Norman so I expect Julio, Mike Evans, Cooks and every other WR1 they face to **** on them, and the Broncos lost a few pieces on defense that I think could hurt them too. Plus I could see Sanchez and Lynch throwing a bunch of picks which could hurt their defensive scoring as well.

I'm thinking Cardinals and Seahawks are probably the two most likely defenses to take over the top spots

Streaming D's is the way to go.

Streaming defenses is a good strategy but if you can grab a defense that's getting you ridiculous numbers every week like those two were then it's such a huge advantage.

Yeah I'm a huge fan of streaming defenses but I still try to grab a "sleeper" in the draft (always in the last round. F drafting a D/ST early). Last year I had the Broncos and Chiefs on all but one of my teams and they payed huge dividends. It was mostly luck but I'll take it .

Had Carolina all season and they screwed me first round of the playoffs. It was that week against the Giants :frown: .

If I remember correctly the Broncos kinda faltered (fantasy-wise) towards the end of the season too. Chiefs cooked for me though.

The Rams defense should be fine this year. The Special Teams might get a few touchdowns also. Another defense that you have to love is anyone who plays the Browns. LOL

I usually can't stream defenses until the playoffs cause I'm cheap and don't won't to pay $3 transaction fee

Yeah I'm in a league with transaction fees and another league with a max of 15 pickups all year :x. Those are the worst when it comes to streaming D/ST or QB. It's almost impossible.

Zeke is obviously very talented, but drafting a guy based on his situation and opportunity is usually a recipe for disaster.

well I got 2nd pick in my keeper league, dude in front of me is a julio fan so he'll be off the table. Next best WR is AJ green not a bad consolation.

Matt Forte or Dion Lewis?

One or both are almost always available in the 4th round in the mocks I've been doing.

Matt Forte just because we don't really know what is going to happen with Lewis in the first couple of weeks, and it seems like the patriots are going to run a two TE set again which probably means more carries for Blount.
