OFFICIAL 2016 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Would you guys go Sims @LA or Langford@DAL?

My gut is telling me to go with Sims, but Cowboys defense sucks so idk what to do

I'm an idiot for not picking up Washington and Enuawa :smh:

Both were FA yesterday, people slept. I'm an idiot I could have used both EASILY

seriously so disgusted with myself

So far Dallas hast stopped either rb they've faced...I'm leaning towards Langford, I dont see the Rams front 7 coming off many yards..

If someone offered me Sammy Watkins for Duke Johnson I would:

1. Accept the trade.

2. Go to Vegas and try to hit another jackpot.
Yeah but Sammy Watkins sucks through 2 games. .5 PPR dude has 7 points combined. Playing through a foot injury = NO BUENO

& this is coming from a Watkins owner

Duke Johnson hasn't done much better . I'll take the #1 WR proven to have massive upside over a backup pass catching RB all day.

I'm pretty sure that if not this week then next Jordan Howard will end up taking over that job. John Fox does not seem pleased with Langford at all. I would definitely go Sims

Neither has done much...but only one has a foot injury..

Maybe it's just me, but I lean away from injured folk...it's usually a more reliable alternative available...

Someone dropped Foster in one of my leagues is he worth grabbing for once he comes back? Thinking grab him and just see how it plays out.

My currents RBs:

Gio
Hill
Ware
Rawls
Gore
Ivory

Thinking of dropping Gore or Ware, since Charles is back

Charles isnt back till he is on the field and playing.
Honestly Ivory or Rawls might be the better bet to drop.
Charles could go out for one play and blow them busted knees out again.

Any other opinions? :nerd:

Obviously you stay away from injured guys. But when you get to choose from a backup RB who will probably never start for your fantasy team, or a proven stud WR when healthy, it's a no brainer. If he ends up being hurt and underperforming all season, did you really lose anything by giving up that RB? But if he gets better and performs how we know he can, you hit the jackpot.

So many guys to stash, not enough bench spots  :smh:

My bench and two IR spots consists of Brady, Josh Gordon, Ivory, Sims, Ertz, Dixon, Eifert, Dion Lewis and Dwayne Washington....hopefully the massive stashing will pay off starting in a couple weeks

With D.Jackson possibly injured this weekend.

Should I start W.Fuller in place of him tonight?

Sucks because I will not know if he is healthy or not but Fuller plays tonight against Pats so I gotta make a decision asap.

Fuller is a good start either way so you're straight

In one of my leagues my bench is:

Charles Sims
Tevin Coleman
Christine Michael
TJ Yeldon
Dwayne Washington
Kenneth DIxon
Tyrell Williams
Quincy Enunwa
Phillip Dorsett

I have 75% of the total lottery tickets in the league . With Forte/Gordon and Hopkins/Robinson/Cooks/Cobb already starting :pimp:.

Damn how'd you get Hopkins, Robinson and cooks??

I picked 9 and was happy as hell when the #8 pick went Jordan Reed and I was able to pick up Hopkins

8th overall going Reed? Yikes. Friend of mine is in a league at his job and #6 went Luck.

With the 7th I went A.J. and on the snake back I took Dez.

10 starters, 8 bench spots + 2 IR. It's a keeper league and we decided to make the benches very deep in order to have the draft hold alot more importance. It's a 10 team league so there are roughly 180 players rostered at all times. That makes it a 12 team league depth-wise (since a standard 12 teams x 15 players per team = 180 players). The waiver wire is usually pretty bare but no more than a 12 teamer would be.

It's a keeper league so I kept Robinson and Cooks with my 7th and 8th round picks, then drafted Hopkins in the first round. Also drafted Keenan Allen in the 2nd. My lineup could've been even more beastly :\.

Is Ryan Mathews going to continue to lose touches or was week 2 was a fluke?

I'm considering trading him for Doug Martin and see if the owner will bite. I have Charles Sims btw.

@Nickthestick1991  Did you check out the Starboy song yet by The Weeknd

The OC for the Eagles was the OC for the Chargers last year. Sproles is being used in a Danny Woodhead-type role. Seeing how that played out last year, it's not out of the question that Sproles will continue to get heavy amounts of touches. Definitely not a bad idea to shop Mathews around.

And word I've had it on repeat since last night . Really like it, but I'm tempering my expectations for the album.
