Cops Serve Warrant To Wrong Man,Tase Him, Realize, Lie, then Arrest Anyways for Obstruction vol. I k

Soooo many things wrong with this video.

1. no warrant

2. wrong person

3. even when told and confirmed the person was wrong, police are always right

4. never asked for id, but lied and said he did 4 times

5. he probably wasn't read his miranda rights either

6. tased

7. police tried to convince everyone that he was right and that we all look alike

8. it seemed like a big joke to them.

9. ruined a man's life, again, and nothing happens.

Fam was trying to live his life and stay the course. They came and took that away. Then they want to say 'stop making excuses' when people say the street is their only option.

All of this.

The way they were talking to everybody in the neighborhood pisses me off too. They literally have the power to run up and do whatever to whoever...and lie about it...and 98% of the time, their word is believed. Even with video evidence.

No such thing as protocol. They see black bodies....and it's open season.

A white dude murders black people in a church...and the police treat him ever so respectfully :smh:

Im pissed, is there a petition or something where we can sign to help this guy out cuz that was ridiculous

mean.gif

so many things wrong on so many levels

We need a real life frank castle Or something to bring these dudes back down to earth

This is also proof body cams do nothing. Cops will literally just lie even with it right on cam and/or, as was the case with Sterling, say they fell off or malfunctioned during the incident. In fact, they have turned their cameras off (malfunctioned), killed, or brutalized or planted on someone, then conveniently the cameras returned to functioning to see the victim dead or with a gun or with weed that wasn't there before

White people think we make this up . I'm certain they'll find a way to "justify it".

Police outchea lying thru their teeth....and he can't eem doing nothing. My man got humiliated, tasted, roughed up and arrested.

Hope my boy Patrick gets hit offf with a nice bag for this bs. Imagine if the boys had the blickie instead of a taser :smh:.

My boss and I have pretty decent relationship but he's like an old conservative Asian dude. We had an argument where he brought up Harvard stats on these incidents and how they're in the minority. Told him to get those stats all the way the **** outta my face and gave my own personal experiences, as well as let him know to ask any black man , and damn near all will have a similar experience. Hope it drove it home a bit having a personal connection, but folks really don't think we go through this ****.

All day every day

QFE

Related. The punk pigs showed up at my door at ******* midnight a month ago to "get my side of the story" after some punk ***** claimed I assaulted her. My kids were sleeping and so was I until my gf woke me up. I kept the lights off so they couldn't claim they saw something that gave them a reason to come in uninvited and opened the door and asked if I was under arrest? No? Cool I don't have **** to say, have a good night. The fact that they tried to catch me slipping at midnight on a Saturday was ho ****. Then these fools showed up to my job several times but security wouldn't let them past the front desk. Then they blew up my cell until I changed my number.

Dudes that aint ever been in situations wit cops innegative ways always look at me like i got two tails when i tell em how i feel about the cops. I gots no love or respect for em. Chevy gon keep rollin by em.

Side note- is that pac pic on a shirt online anywhere?

Let me say they did him wrong first as a fellow blk guy BUT he should've just got out the car when they asked him. These cops have impunity to do whatever so when they're hostile you gotta act like a pow. As ****** up as it is, it's the only way not to get hurt, killed, or get bs charges like this guy. :smh:

Dude could've easily became another hashtag trying to argue with these race soldiers. I'd rather have my time wasted by their mistake then end up like this guy. Complying don't make you a *****...it's a survival mechanism at this point. We can't argue with them like white folks are usually allowed to do.

Philando was compliant every step of the way, though.

Patrick was not in the wrong at all. He has the right to ask what he's being arrested for, he also has the right to ask for the arrest warrant. He also has his Miranda rights, which were never read to him. Cops were wrong in every angle, doesn't matter how you slice it.

slippery slope, my G

Someone please embed this

This is a prisoner fugitive, whom they are looking for has no ID and gives 2 different name when cops approach. He actually gets away, but the approach is WAY different than the young man posted.

I wonder why?

Crazy **** is there are countless incidents that people can't even report because no evidence of it exists.

My brother got jumped by NYPD while at an EDM concert and arrested for "trespassing" and some **** about being loud. How the hell is someone gunna be trespassing while they're trying to take a ferry home from a concert venue, and volume at a concert? Then they changed what they arrested him for after he kept talking **** to them while arrested to just the trespassing charge, like these dudes can literally just alter paperwork. And on top of it one of the cops faked an injury and went to the hospital ER lying he hurt his arm just to have some **** against my brother in case he tries to legally fight back. My brother had his *** beat by 5 grown men with bruises all over and couldn't go to a hospital.

It all started with him being engaged OD aggressively for no reason.

Yea it really is. Just rather be safe than sorry and hope for the best. Never know what pig you're dealing with :smh:

I don't think anybody is saying he was wrong. But you can be right and still end up getting beaten and tazed

Bruh I just got an ad on the bottom of the page about getting a lawyer. Was just thinking this whole time how I'm tight we never sued. Deez ads are too smart man.

he was on probation for a weed charge in 2014, in college and a mechanic, but as a result of the arrest he had to drop out of college, lost his job, and his probation could be revoked and a judge could give him up to 7 yrs.

That's what hurts.

The cops will forget their mistakes the minute their shift ends.

Pack up, and go to their safe neighborhood to their families.

Dude will be dealing with this for the rest of his life.
