You're defining "garbage" and using it in your argument as a quality thing, when we all use garbage as a term that goes beyond construction and quality. Looks, style, and opinion are reasons why people may call something garbage. You can't be so rigid in conceptualizing the usage of a term like garbage to suit your point (a lot of false premises in there too lol)... who tf says google top rated shoes and says thats factual evidence

I may not agree with Red on the AJ 1-10 statement, but if he feels they're garbage, then you cant change his opinion with sales numbers nor call them facts. There are probably others that would agree with him on some of the shoes as well (the 2s, 8s, and 10s get no love from the masses)
 
that's the whole point, yea I'm taking it literally, which is why his statement is factually incorrect, facts aren't indirect

i currently am deployed in Kuwait for another 60days or so, but if i need to throw 8.0s in the trashcan to prove a point, consider it done, just remind me bcuz i'm not gonna remember, ah crap, i can't throw those away, use the 8.0s for the very few times i'm crazy enough to play basketball bcuz they hold no value and their garbage shoe that i can't use for anything else, shoe that hold value to me, will never be used for anything more than casual walking

 fact after i got a stain in my concords (i hate that white mesh and is why most XIs are garbage to me) i used them to cut grass and then threw them in the trashcan
