long time lurker. had to signup for a nt account to let you guys know to keep trying on shiekh. they definitely have more sizes than just the 9.5 and 10. i finally got through after 30 minutes of the guitar music. copped a 10.5 after striking out on launch and eastbay. had a male csr so reinforcements definitely arrived. good luck!!

just call through it fam, super easy if youre on an iphone or something. finger placement - soon as you get that disconnect or busy end call and press most recent call, wash and repeat
