Lol @ trade rose, no team in they right mind would take that bum, we stuck with him.
 
you act like rose contract dont end after the season... no point in trading him really... if anything dont resign him and try to get cp3... and i agree melo was dumb for that ejection... hopefully he dont get suspended for next game... this is like the second time melo got ejected early in the game :smh:
 
... well that was a waste of my time.

it was amazing how many chances they blew to win the game...

- Rose shootibg too early to end regulation
- Rose turnover on final possession in OT
- KP missing his FTs YET AGAIN

but we dont need Melo right?

Honestly KP needs more opportunity at the end of games. If Melo is swallowed up he needs to defer to KP. The clutch gene isn't just inherit. He definitely has the attitude to develop it but it needs to be nurtured. Failure is part of learning so I look at it as a growing opportunity for him in the future. But he needs to become more assertive. I don't know how he plans to do it but I'm sure he knows that himself.

Edit: Don't blame Jeff, the ref should have swallowed his whistle on that. I'm sure he realized he ****** up after trust me. No worst feeling as a ref when you know you ****** up a call like that.

Agreed, even if the game is called close be consistent. How was almost the same exact play a foul on kp but not on milsap?
 
^ this is why i dont get all the melo slander... he should be getting the blame for the ejection that shouldnt of happen to begin with... but this team is just not the same without him
 
lets talk about how KP consistently got looked off by our point guard late in the 4th / OT. (which lead to bad shots or turnovers btw)

Beautifully put. The pressure for KP on those last 3 free throws was through the roof.

Hard to do that when your PG is the only one who seems to be getting his own shot because everyone is too stagnant or just not wanting to take the shot.
 
at the end of the day, we lost to a crappy Hawks team.

we shouldve won based on talent alone. even without Melo.

5th-6th time we lost a game we shouldnt have. cant see us in the top 5 if we keep doing this.

we're losing these winnable games, while everyone else catching up in the standings

Lol, now that is a bad Rose game. Missed 10 of his last 12. But he'll bounce back.

Couldn't see most of the game cuz I was very very busy at work but damn the closing minutes was cringeworthy.

I was horrified when Rose slipped. Got to be karma for when I laughed at KD falling against the Cavs.

Co-sign

KP can't create his own shots as effectively so far. Melo was out. Then you got a bunch of role players who benefit off Rose's attack. The shots didn't fall at the end. Horny got a tech. Ridiculous to put the blame solely on Rose. 
 
Yea Derrick hasn't had too many games like last night, so not worried. Yea I'm just going to ignore 10027 on everything derrick related from now on. Can't believe he wished that Derrick caught a case :lol:

I actually felt like Rose played well this game after watching it. He was missing a ton of those floaters he usually hits consistently, but I care more about whether he can still get to the rim effectively, and everything I've seen so far this season indicates he can (touch all kinds of wood).
