My oldest sister was the first multi racial baby born in Mangum, OK (1982/3) .... my mom had to leave town the same week and move with family in Michigan (where i am from) 
 
Damn just watched the helicopter video the other dashcam ones aren't loading though.

Surprised they released everything like that so soon too.

I wonder why the guy shot was walking back to his car.

Officers are going to spin that and say he wasn't following orders and they feared he was walking to his vehicle to possibly grab a weapon.
 
Mangum by Duncan? My mom is from Duncan, went to Douglas. It and Mangum are both dumps IMO, but Duncan has always had a high % black population. Maybe they felt uncomfortable being there but I guarantee there is no law against being black or interracial coupling

Either way we get killed, I guess you choose to go out in a blaze of glory. The only problem with that is they have a real reason to label you a thug, and say you deserved it, lose lose situation.

Two 911 calls described an SUV that had been abandoned in the middle of the road.

One unidentified caller said the driver was acting strangely, adding, "I think he's smoking something."


Chief Jordan said Officer Shelby had encountered Mr. Crutcher and his vehicle while en route to another call and requested backup because she was “not having cooperation” from him. Officer Turnbough and his partner responded to Officer Shelby’s request for backup. It was the dashboard camera in their patrol car that recorded the shooting.

Shelby had her dash cam off.

Not sure where Duncan is in reference to Mangum, Mangum is an extremely racists town till this day. Not saying it was against the law at the time I am saying her family made her move out the state right after. 
 
This is getting to a point that I'm used to a story like this coming out every other day.

I'm surprised this was a female, usually they have better judgment then male officers.

But like I said before, I'm so sensitized to this that it doesn't shock me anymore.

I'll expect another story in a few days.
 
Does anyone else think about what they'd say about you if the police killed you? I think about it sometimes and it's frightening to think that no matter how upstanding you try to be they will sully your name with the media's help.

How exactly does someone "look bad" when you're literally hundreds of feet away in a damn helicopter. Unbelievable :smh:

Never been arrested or anything. I have no record or been in **** before. They'd drag my **** thru the dirt

The man was laying there in shock.

Dudes on Facebook comments already saying "we don't know the entire situation" :rofl: You can walk up and kill a random black person sitting down and eating a sandwich in front of these people, and they would still say some bull @#%@ like that.

Man i remember i was wit my homie back in the day and his car broke down, cops just rolled passed.

But when we were walkin out the gas station wit beer and blunts they wana follow us and pull us over and not find a dam thing after gettin our beer hot and tearin up the whip.

Now you cant even think a cop is commin to help or ask if everything is ok anymore, man **** em all.

White kid in South Carolina could shoot up an entire church and get taken into custody unharmed and even get burger king on the way to the precinct. Black man gets murdered for his car breaking down :x
