Odell still a distraction?

the diva episodes are getting old real fast tho

They've been old.... Overrated female got the biggest bird tendencies I've ever seen out of receiver not named T.O... the biggest difference between the two being Owen's teams actually won.

 this is only OBJ's third year

I'm not clear how that justifies him consistently being a side show on a bum squad.

I was addressing your "Owen's teams actually won" point.

Fair enough and I guess my point is, I'm not clear why this clown thinks it's his prerogative to create a weekly side show when he ain't doing nothing but putting up numbers on a cold garbage squad.

probably a bigger concern for the giants than OBJ:

also QB with multiple 20 or more INTs per year could also be detrimental to the team.. but it's easier to focus on OBJ and his antics

His coach and receivers have been the same for a few years. McCarthy been there with him forever.

- Some of the piss poor QB play this year to start: Fraud12, Brock, Eli, Flacco, Trash Cans in Denver, Bortles, Palmer

You're missing someone in this list

:nerd:

i ain't even trying to get that whole debate going, man. we've talked about him enough in these threads

This. He had a good game so his supporters are definitely waiting for someone to throw shade.

Of course he had a good game. His team averaged more yards a run than they did a pass

His coach and receivers have been the same for a few years.

So then that must mean they are exactly as good as they were years ago, and Aaron is the one that has gotten worse......

You tell me? His throw to a wide open receiver in the middle of the field was severely behind the target yesterday. I'll blame the coach for that one...

McCarthy sucks though.

This is why I write about QBs so much. Rodgers' WRs can't get open or catch the ball, his coaching is horrific, yet spotlight fully on him.

Randall Cobb was certainly blanketed in the end zone on that over throw...

trolling aside, he is CLEARLY off his game. he's in a slump. can he fix it? yeah, probably. it'll turn around. but the last 12 or so starts, the guy has been OFF. it's not like he spends the game on his ***, either. he has TONS of time. his receivers aren't free of blame. same with the coaching. no doubt. but when his guys are open, he is missing them. and that fumble yesterday...inexcusable.

You got me there, that one bad throw by Aaron really shows me the error in my ways.

The snaps he was taking and standing behind the line for 7-8-9-10 seconds, probably lots of open receivers, he just didn't want to throw to them and wanted to stand around "scanning".

You guys all really buy in to this QB is everything drivel your pounded with every week. 10 other guys can do whatever they want, all falls on one guy tho.

That's why I read every God damn week that Tom is a system QB, or Aaron is shaky, or Andrew Luck sucks. Cuz they are the problems.

Rodgers’ mediocrity a year ago was partially obscured by his wondrous Hail Mary passes of 61 yards to Richard Rodgers that beat Detroit and another of 41 to Jeff Janis that forced overtime in the Arizona divisional game.

It also should be remembered that in the first six games of 2015, a critical element in the offensive success was free plays. In Games 1-6, Rodgers completed passes for 52, 34, 29, 27 and 22 yards after his hard count coaxed the opponent offside, not to mention a 52-yard pass-interference penalty on Seattle’s Richard Sherman.

Since then, the Packers haven’t had a single “free play” completion. Defensive linemen have seen it, been warned about it and aren’t jumping as much.

Still, Rodgers continues to hard count time after time as the play clock winds down to 1 or 2. He also has an eagle eye out for substituting D-linemen, and twice this season he has drawn a penalty via quick counts.

The offense probably would be better off if his teammates could focus on the play and getting off the ball in advantageous fashion without all this other stuff going on so often.

Yikes again.

Agree 100 on the fumble, that's him bein sloppy holdin the ball.

Did they call an empty backfield, QB sneak out of the shotgun, from the 1 yard line? Or did I mis-see that? Was there a back next to him? I know Lacy was out, but did they have Montgomery or Cobb or anyone near him at the snap? Reason I'm asking, why in the blue **** would you call that on first down at the 1?

PI Flacco and Offsides Rodgers struggling hard this season.

Thank you for being one of the very few in here who actually understands football.

yeah it was shotgun empty backfield. i think they were just trying to score quick and they figured it would catch the cowboys off guard. i dunno. interesting playcall regardless. i think he's better rolling out and taking it to the pilons rather than up the middle. the hell do i know, though.
