Legit Check on legend blue 11's

I was wondering if someone could help me out wth a legit check. I got them for a good price and they looked fine online, but when I got them, I was concerned about the production date and the carbon fiber looks kinda weird. One of the shoe's carbon fiber is bumby and it has a kinda matte looking finish. Just want a second opinion before I send them back. (don't mind the stains)
