Nike air max return in europe help

First of all, I would like to say hello to everybody here,
I am putting this thread to see if you guys can help me with something so i will explain down what is the issue

I was working on a cruise ship and bought a few shoes while travelling in different countries.

There is this one pair 806771-101air max 2016 model that I bought from one colleague,
I do not know where he bought them exactly,but they wouldnt fit him properly so he sold them to me.
Now a few months later I feel that the left one is a bit uncomfortable and I realize it is an air leak problem from the sole.

I live in europe, to be more specific it is Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Do I have any chance of returning this shoes and get other pair ?
To get things clear I do not want to ripp nike of and get money back, I just want the shoes, same or different color.

Do you guys know any steps that I can take for a replacement of the shoes?

I talked to some guy on nike.com chat for support but all he said is try to contact mexicio customer service because I told him I dont know where exactly the shoes were bought.

Does anyone know something?

On nike official site , there is some sort of chat for supporrt if I am correct.
He probably said this because I said to him that the guy that I bought from was from mexico, but the story pretty much ended there.
He did not offered any other solution.

I think will be quite difficult as there is no proof of purchase.
Also the story of that colleague is vague, buying them somewhere and not fitting.

Might be coincidence but there are lots of fakes around of this model.
Got any pics? Especially box label and shoe size tag.

Well it was cruise ship, mostly everyone is buying legit stuff, but dont really know in this case..I have been buying a lot of max-s so they seem to be legit at least to me.
Dont have the box, the stuff i bought barely fitted in my suitcase

I guess they can know if shoes are original, since they have made them..so that could be enough of "proof"

Look legit to me.
Regarding the returning, seems unlikely to me. Cannot imagine Nike taking shoes back without any clear (purchase) history.

have you seen someone that has fix this problem..

I mean there is still air in the pockets just hat when I walk its a bit uncomfortable and I can hear air leaking noise like "ssssss" if its really quiet.

Maybe there is some way to fix this..using glue or do you know something maybe ?..
