PUBLIX Deli subs are goat meal under $10.00

What do you top a buffalo tenders sub with ? I don't like mayo and I'm definitely not gonna put mustard on it :x

Never had ranch as a sandwich topping

For me the Buffalo sauce is good enough. I've seen people purchase the ranch on the side, but that's not my thing either.

Meh, not all Publix are the same. To generalize is silly. Their subs are discounted because they are running a sale on their subs, like any other business.

Generalize? SEVEN Publix supermarkets in that area FAILED inspection.

That is blacklist worthy. At the very most, I would only buy packaged goods there.

No, dude. That is 100% UNACCEPTABLE at a supermarket.

I have never heard of rat infestations at MULTIPLE supermarkets within the same chain nor have I ever seen a failed inspection sign at any supermarket I've shopped at. The fact that they had a rat problem that was discovered by inspectors tells me the rats were there for a long time prior, and even worse is that employees either overlooked it or failed to discover it themselves. It speaks volumes to how Publix is managed. I would never buy produce again at this supermarket.

This would NEVER happen at a chain like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's where employees earn a dignified wage and are provided with a positive work environment. There must be no sense of pride working at Publix if rats are setting up shop unnoticed. When employees don't care and are just showing up for a paycheck this is what happens. No wonder the subs are discounted!
If you don't sit yo a** down

"Would never happen at whole foods"proceeds to get proved wrong..

It happens everywhere

My man said since people get paid more in whole foods it don't happen. Them fantasy worlds whole food shoppers live in. :smh:

We will never know that our food is completely safe.

You talking about rat sandwiches

what about what happens to your food while it being prepared in the back and brought out to you? Unless you follow your food from when you order it to when it hits your table anything could of happened to it.

7 LOCATIONS!!!!!1!1!!

The guy must not know how big Publix is, I can name 7 around my location within 10miles. They are literally all over the place down here.

I live on the east coast, and they just built a new one, and are currently building another one right by me.  Both brand new structures...

This.

Publix to Florida is what Starbucks is to Seattle. There are literally stores right across the street from each other here. To take a sample of 7 stores is reflective of a poorly managed district, but isn't merely enough of a sample to cast judgment on chain that has over 1,100 stores throughout the SE US.

Just woke up thinking about a buffalo tender sub. Might have to head out to ATL and visit mom dukes

"Will that complete your order, sir"
