are they looking legit? guy who is selling these says "they are with receipt - authenticity guaranteed"

should they come inside jordan flight box?

Your photos aren't the best but from what I see look legit.

Yes, they should come with the Jordan box unless seller specifies otherwise.

The box JB used is the flight box with red jumpman and grey & black speckled bottom.

Box is legit then. By hangtag you mean the chain with jordan logo? If that's so, it's in the right shoe, just look close
