People are stupid, not you, but criminals who get offered a deal. I told some stories of some dudes I grew up with. They lost, why didn't take the deals. No idea. Offered 12 years says no gets 78. Everyone says he's dumb as hell for nottaking the deal. He did the crime by himself, no one to rat our or point fingers at.
I also know a lot of people who took a deal and are out now.
There was no one to rat out or point fingers at. You seem to think taking a deal means pointing fingers. Not what it means at all.

My right hand mans since 9 years old doing 7 years right now. He took the plea because he could've got 18 taking it to trial. He really got threw 6 but ended up getting caught with a phone so they added a year.

What is all this talk about hes dead if he takes the plea deal.Movies and internet perception doesnt equal what really happens in the real court of the law.Its funny how people whove never been through it.Think if you get lesser time from a plea deal.That it means that youve snitched.A plea deal doesnt mean that they want you to snitch.Its an offer there giving as to oppose to going to trial.And if you lose the case like the majority of these dummies do.Then your getting waaaaaaaaay more time than what was offered.I have a couple of old school patnas and relatives doing time.Because they didn't take the plea deals that was offered to them.Everybody that was around or related to them.Knows the specifics of there case.No snitching was to be involved if they took the plea deals.People gassed them up into thinking they could beat the case.Well,they lost the case.Only 1 of them took the plea deal.Hes home now.Everybody else is still locked up.If theres murders,or large amounts of money involved in a case.You better take the plea deal.Plea deals are mostly given to first time offenders.Or someone with alot of money to pay a good lawyer.Bobby was 1 of the smart ones in this case.He took the plea deal.He even added a couple of more years.To take away time from his homeboy.The majority of the GS9 was offered plea deals.Why all of them didnt take there deals,baffles me.These dudes are full ******s thinking they can beat this case.

And how is it over for you in society if you take a plea deal.I know plenty of people who have taken plea deals.There working/tax paying members of society right now.Trust and believe.These are stand up cats who dont snitch,lie,or backstab anybody.Nobody looks at them any different.Theres smart people who make the right decisions.Then theres ignorant people who think they can beat a case with to much evidence against them.Say what you want,or think what you want.But when everyone tells you to fight a case.Then you lose the case.Them same idiots wont be putting money on your books or even accepting your calls.Hell they wont even be thinking about you after 10 years.Theres alot of people who wish they wouldve taken there plea deal.Instead of being around sweaty men 24/7 for 20+ years to impress your friends for doing alot of time.Who most likely wont even be around after a couple of years into your sentence.Real 1,s whove been through it,or witnessed it.Knows how it really goes.

Round here they throw deals all the time ...courts system backed up n they wanna save time/money ...not unusual to see somebody come back home from a body in 10-15 years

Cousin was offered 8 years for an attempted murder with a dirty burner that had 2 bodies linked to it. He didn't take it 
and my aunt re-financed her house to put the bread up for a better lawyer for when his case went to the supreme courts. Long story short, he ended up with 75 to life at 16 years old.

Taking the deal saves everyone the time and money of going to trial. The 80 year minimum is essentially saying if we take you to trial, you're getting this amount for wasting our time.

There isn't a DA in this world who is cutting a few decades off a sentence w/o you giving something up, especially in a case as profiled as the GS9 case. he was gonna have to do some wicked things to get that 15 if you got 20+ counts

negative.. You wrong... Happens all the time. plenty of stories from myself and others here that don't fall in line with what you saying. All the guys from my stories were gang members as well. Deals save time/ money.

fam if the DA has a High profiled case, KNOWS that they have you on multiple charges & it's also a CONSPIRACY case, your crazy if you think they just offered him 15 w/o demanding something on Rowdy or Bobby. This ***** had 23 counts against him, it's not like they had something that was probable and could lose in court.
Every plea doesn't involve talking,but i'm willing to bet Whatever that homie was only getting that deal if he gave up more information.
