I am getting ready to swap midsoles on a pair of '01 Black Cement 3's.  From my understanding, the factory midsole material is made of polyurethane, (someone please correct me if this is wrong).  I have come across a few pairs of 2014 Jordan SC-3's for pretty cheap, but the midsoles on these shoes feels different.  I haven't been able to positively identify what material these are made of, but it seems that it maybe injected Phylon.  Does anyone know what the midsole is on this model shoe?

Also, has anyone used this material for midsole swaps on Air Jordan 3's?  Wondering if the difference in material is recommended or not.
