2012 Jordan Bred 4s

Hey guys, I'm new to restoring sneakers. I was at the thrift shop and saw a pair of Bred 4s for 15$ and thought might as well pick them up and try to restore them. They were in good condition besides the back tab being cut mainly. I have a couple questions about how to properly restore them. Firstly I got paint on the air bubble and was wondering what's the best way to clean it off. Secondly, I tried painting the midsoles but the soles are kind of cracked so I think I'm going to have to use paint stripper and file it again. Lastly, what do I do in order to take paint of the soles of the shoe? I tried filing it and it seems to be working but I don't want to damage the shoes too much. Thank you for your time.
