Rudy being out hurts the hell out of this Jazz team. Saw Rudy play in person had great seats breh that ***** bigger than a ************. Somebody with that great of instincts on D and that damn big always gonna be a big loss when they get injured.

When you hear someone draw these stupid conclusions and critiques, you should know immediately they either A. are casual fans and it's pointless to debate with them. B. They aren't casual and they just have no idea what they're actually watching. or C. They may watch and have an understanding, but also never played or touched the court to understand how certain dynamics work. While I am not saying C. is a requirement of understanding, it definitely adds real world value and experience to ideas critics have. When you hear a guy say 'oh, he should just attack the rim on every play' or 'ahh i could score on iggy' (which I'm sure I could) or 'GM's have it so easy and there's no excuse for not getting quality players' or 'it's not that Russ's teammates aren't skilled, its that they aren't empowered by russ to believe in themselves'.

I think someone earlier said it best, If Russell cant win with KD, Ibaka & Harden, then who can he win with?

I think at this point we need to start considering the possibility of Russell himself being a detriment towards winning. His style of play is just not conducive to winning basketball.

The stat padding is by far the worst attribute.

multiple wcfs and a finals appearance. Lost to the best team of all time. Y'all act like everybody out here winning. 2nd and 3rd place are still the 1st and 2nd losers, but they been right on the precipice with a better constructed roster. Nobody other than Jesus himself at the PG spot would lift this group to the title

Agree with you.  Not everyone wins a championship, that's not a reason to tear someone down.
 
In the last 2 decades every WC team has made a WCF except 2. CP3 lead Hornets and CP3 lead Clippers. His style of play detrimental to winning?

so if a player who's made it to the finals and the WCF 3-4 times isn't a winning player... are there only 10 winning players in the League?? there's teams who haven't reached the conference finals in decades but somehow that style isn't conducive to winning.

This is like the argument that Kobe's style of play hurt the team despite him having one of the highest win percentages for a career & 7 finals appearances in his career. You can win *** someone who is pass first, you can win as someone who is score first. In the past 20 years players with this score first mentality have won half of the rings.

Well Westbrook has by far the highest usage rate of all time this season, so you can't just throw those comparisons around like its a regular thing.

so by logic, if he can't win with them, then that core lost because of russ then is what you're saying.

i mean that 4 hasnt played together since 2012, btw. when they were all like 22-23.

but yea if russ cant win with serge and kd, then he was the reason they lost right? who else was on that team? nick collison. damn. if nick collison cant win with kd and russ and james and serge, then who can he win with? good lord.

when he wins ,its all russ. when he loses his teammates suck. dude is blameless to his stans.... where have I heard this before......hmmmmm

I would be legit depressed and think that my life was over if I had to be a family man at 15.  My parents divorced when I was near that age, maybe just a little older, I wonder how that would work, my dad paid child support for me, whilst I'm paying child support for his grandkids.

its funny but thinking back to my childhood, there were people with kids when i was in 9th and 10th grade and i didnt think anything of it. just wasnt a big deal. but now looking back, got damn. They were legit kids, with kids. that **** is crazy. they were out here wild'n. I used to be team raw everyday, so thanksful i never had seeds. and the one i was hella raw with, after we broke up, a few yrs later got with someone else and had a baby and engagement with him and the kid wild unattractive. i'm so glad that aint my joint. :x
