What's your caffeine intake like? If you drink a lot of coffee or any other caffeinated beverages, cut back, alot. But it could also be sinuses. Do you have sensitivity to light or sounds, if so then it's a migraine and u gotta be careful w/ that bruh.
i drink black coffee m-f only like a cup tho. i dont really drink sugar/caffine much after the morning.

ive been sens to light ever since i had PRK. sound eh nothing unusually

That would give me a headache also

A friend of mine was experiencing bad headaches as well. One day he stopped answering our texts and finally replied late night with a pic of his head bandaged. Turns out he had developed a migraine so bad that they had to shave down the back of his head to do surgery to reduce the pressure/swelling.

Because of that instance I never say "I have such a migraine" as a figure of speech. I imagine I will be able to tell the difference between a headache and actual migraine.

Could be a vortex in your spine op
May have traveled to the top of your cerbral cortex
If u dont get that checked it could enter through your right ventricle.
Possibly Clog up your bloodstream

which reminds me of a true story in russia where some dude bet 2 women he could have sex with them for 24 hours straight for $7000. after winning the bet he got a heart attack and died from all the Viagra he took for the bet.

oh yeah back to OP... fap, drink water. take Motrin

You could be staring down at your phone a lot, also staring at any screens for prolonged periods of time can cause headaches

That's what I'm saying. They'll treat a common headache as something more, thus comes the migraine verbiage.

Used to get migraines and hurl at the same time. Lot of it was stress. Gotta breathe that **** out

You should go to the doctor's regardless if your headache is gone or not. Play it safe, four days straight with a headache is not normal.

lmao at all these replies

go to the doctor. things that may seem small can end up potentially being a lot worse.

early detection can be very important

For real though I'd get checked for an aneurysm ASAP! My mom complained of headache for about 2 weeks, then just dropped dead a from one. Around age 30 is when they happen, mom was in her 50's, but in perfect health. Even if she would have made it she would have never mentally been the same. Not trying to scare you, but it's some serious stuff, anything with your brain is for that matter.

I hate neti pots

I haven't used one since I read about bacteria in water and infecting your nose/brain.

I know most boil water but I preferred to use purified water but still, I don't wanna risk getting infected and dying even though risks are low I guess but reading that creeped me out but same time it never helped me much but some people I know swear by it
