yea mine had creases too but thats from the store, mine was in the packaging and shipped in a tube 
 
Oh **** it's today lol, I'm omw to the city rn bc palace gave me the wrong tee and I gotta exchange it

Release is instore aswell? Need joe kaws one
 
Hmm debating if I should go for the big plush..Daughter doesn't even care for the small one, so I may just keep it for display.
 
So I placed my order this morning, chose in store pickup and got the confirmation e-mail with an order number, then I get an e-mail 30 minutes later saying my Order is Incomplete.  I just called the customer service number cause I had an order # and pending charge in paypal and they say my order is processing and will be ready for store pickup in 2-3 business days.  I feel safe / unsafe at the same time.  Just gonna let it ride and not go into San Francisco today just because I don't want to deal with downtown and parking and stuff especially if my order does go through.  Worst comes to worse I end up paying resell for the All Over Swirl's shirts if my order does end up not going through or checking in store in a couple days. 

Anyone else experience this issue?   I assume I'm safe because the CR rep told me my order is processing and will be ready.

You'll know if your order went through when you get the "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email.

Until then, hold off and wait.

Note: Don't use Paypal for Uniqlo if you ever plan on returning things you buy.

uniqlo x paypal is terrible. i have a payment to uniqlo still pending because their website is ******. placed the order through uniqlo x paypal, never received order confirmation from uniqlo but received the paypal receipt.. called uniqlo and they said they never received the order.. i told them the paypal transaction number and told them to cancel it.. they said it should drop within 5-7 business days.. it's been almost a month and it's still there.. called paypal and they said they can't cancel it until after 30 days.

this isn't the first time it's happened to me. strictly CC on uniqlo from now on.

Thanks for the info, now I know better.  Usually PP is the way to go, quick processing and is usually painless and buyer protection which is nice.  I ordered the All Over swirl shirts so of course after I saw the second e-mail that it could of possibly not went through, I panicked because those shirts sold out immediately again.  

Just going to pray I get the order is ready for pickup e-mail and if not then I'll check the Union Square store and hope they have stock left next time I'm driving in the city for Uber ( which should be Wednesday )
 
Damn. Was able to snag one of the tees this AM. Paid with PayPal, it's still in there as "Pending". Feel like I'm going to take an L on this..
 
got this one instore today, they didnt have the other joe kaws one, the one with the red tee and he is yawning /:
