legend? probably not. anybody who comes in the league at point guard within the next about 3 years or so will most likely not be able to reach legendary statussimply because the point guard spot is wayyyy tooo deeep. chris paul, deron williams. legends. derrick rose. not legend

well adidas might have the inside track, considering they sponsored Memphis.
Really? I remember him wearing some Soldiers during warm ups in a game. Hopefully Nike still has a chance to snag him.

Yeah Rose has been seen wearing Nike in practices for a while now so I wouldn't think he likes Adidas that much if he isn't gonna wear the free shoesthey give him. Doesn't seem logical.

There is only a SLIM to none chance Adidas will sign him to anything. They can't afford to sign players who don't have a High Profile coming out of College with the ability to sell shoes. Adidas outfitted Tennessee, but Candace Parker will be coming to the Swoosh. Complete with an ability to attract females in and out of her sport.
Derrick Rose is also connected to World Wide Wes. If you don't know him, Google him, and it will all make sense. Nike will most likely sign him to a Product only Contract, as Nike already deemed this years Draft Class nothing to sneeze at even with Beasley coming out. None will be pitched to get signature shoes, other than Candace. She's the Highest Profile person coming out of College this year in Nike's eyes.

Through high school he always had on Jordans or LeBrons . During Memphis' Midnite Madness he had on the Aquas the day they dropped. Hopefully Jordan Brandcan sign him up.

What kind of logic is this? Receiving huge shoe contracts before playing the first game started with Lebron five years ago. He didn't earn his in theleague before he signed did he? Not to say anyone in this draft will get a sig shoe their first year, but this is old news man. Derrick Rose has greatpotential, but he still has a lot of growing to do as a player-he needs to figure out when to pass and when to use his explosive scoring abilities.
