1999 Bred 4s Legit?

Im trying to see if these bred 4s are authentic. So anyone with knowledge of these can please help. Ive seen a couple of bred 4s with different hangtag saying made in China and others saying made in Taiwan. Any idea whats up with that?

Fake, the gray on the lace connector is supposed to be the same color of the gray on the heel and outter shoe in this case it isn't so they're fake, STAY AWAY!!
