hey so fellas, i contacted the seller about a week ago. as you may have guessed, i never heard back from them. i'm opening a dispute through paypal. what does this fit under in paypal's resolution center? i'm thinking it counts as an entirely different item under the materially different category, but i'm not 100% sure. anyone ever done this before who can give me some advice? thanks
