Nope. The three PGs you named career years is a average year for Wall. If choosing All Star players was based off team performance then they'd have a case. Individually they fall short. Wall and Russ are the only PGs top 10 in double doubles. Wall also is coming off a player of the month nod.

Team performance definitely effects All Star selection.
