Dude I had the same exact issue except no Foreman I wound up flexing Kamara.

Couldn't trust Kelvin, despite being cleared. Cam looks washed. If he gets it going this week (despite being on my bench), I'll start him again next week. I was torn on Sanu and Kamara so it was really just a toss up choice.
