Fair, IMO. DS range appears to be $175-$230-ish. But 'like new' pairs seem to be about $150-$200, depending on the size and validity of 'like new'.

It doesn't work well. I asked the exact same question last week and when my girls blue heroes came in I checked how BH laces looked against my baos blues were off by too much and actually clash more with each other than compliment.
