the best ramen i've had was at katanaya in SF.

fried chicken + eggs + cha-siu + gyoza in miso broth.....

heaven!

so yea, defnitely add fried chicken to the menu

and make sure you have those cool spoons that can hang onto the bowl (pho restaurants need to take note)

i'll be making a trip to the OC in march.  if i happen to make my way that far north i'll make a stop.
