I only find it tight on the sides where the cage is but the toebox itself is more roomy than Nike flyknit stuff like racers
Yeah, definitely a TTS toebox on the ultra boosts. The difference for people sizing up is the tightness of the knit material on the sides. 
 
Anyone still have their All-White Ultra Boost DS? I still have mine DS that I got in a size 10.5. I need a 10 and absolutely no one is selling. I think I saw  a couple on ebay for over $400 smh. 
 
I'd like to see the greys in person. Hopefully they will be available at local footlockers
 
Gonna veer off topic here for alittle while and hope this is allowed. But wanna get the opinion of people here. Do you think the Boost technology could be applied in other products categories and not be limited to shoes? for eg, packing material for very important and expensive items?

What do you guys think?
 
Ill give you a serious reply just because i dont think anyone else will

No, i dont think it can or should have any use beyond shoes, the main advantage of this boost material is that "the sole springs back into its original shape immediately after impact and that thanks to the high rebound effect resulting from the resilience of the material runners use up less energy than previously with other materials". The material is actually called Infinergy and was developed and is produced by BASF. So i think its pretty much limited to shoes. For packaging i think the existing materials do the job just fine and cost a lot less (styrofoam, other packaging foam etc). The only other usefull application i could imagine is anything else that gains a benefit of using less energy on impact with the ground, bike tires maybe

Thank you for your reply, im taking a class rn which asked me to take a technology that there is and see if there are creative ways which it could be applied to. I pretty much thought it could only be used for shoes, or smth energy sensitive. Thanks again for the reply!

There are plenty of materials they use for packing (that are much cheaper to manufacturer compared to boost) which are very effective for transporting items so I'd say not in that industry. Maybe in others though.

Current term is attenuators in which the current materials used is probably the most effective.. High density rubber...which can sustain in most if not all weather conditions and a lower impact to the motorist..

Not sure if the government would approve a shoe sole technology for their highways lol..

Not trying to **** on this idea b/c it sounds kinda cool, but idk about that. I think the whole point of Boost is to absorb impact and then return the energy, so I feel like if a car hit an attenuator with boost, the boost would launch the car back into the lane resulting in another accident haha. Or maybe not, maybe it would just kind of absorb it which would be awesome
 
Highway dividers probably wouldn't be a safe use for boost. Road safety devices provide protection by sacrificing the structure of the object itself to absorb impact, not return energy - that's why cars have crumple zones and plastic, foam-padded bumper covers. If you were to hit a highway divider made of Boost, it would spring you back in the opposite direction (the road) and not only make the whiplash of the impact worse, but cause more accidents by bouncing the vehicle back into traffic.
 
apparently the white UB restock isnt a restock

The white UB will be released again, but with some differences

1) instead of the black sole it would be white

2) the cage will be translucent with white 3 stripes

Its pretty much like the silver variant of the LTD which released a few posts up
