I use the Cottonelle pre moist butt wipes on my boost, does a good job. I would think bleach or Clorox wipes would long term be bad for the boost, with all the chemicals.

Have the same issue, i realised it's better not to do anything at all to them.
Mine was mud stains or some sort, too late when i realised, tried wiping with normal wet towels, and even a magic eraser. Gave up in the end. 
 
I wear 11.5 in most nike air max, but a 12 in most running shoes (brooks, saucony, etc.). Should I go 12 for the black ultraboosts?

Yeah, if you can't try on I would go with the 12, especially if you wear a 12 in other running shoes. I won't say they run small, but in my experience the difference between 11.5 and 12 is not as much as a 11.5 and 12 in nikes.
