barneys madison avenue got over 1,000 pairs. 1k pairs at one store means more like 30k pairs overall, if not more.

There were hardly 30 boutiques in the US that received, most around 100ea. Barneys Flagships of course gets more.

100 each? No chance. Look at boutiques like H Lorenzo or Just One Eye. As soon as their site went live, it was all sold out. They got one pear of each size. No half sizes either (called them). So most of these little boutiques got less than 10 pears each.

those boutiques almost def got around 25-30 pairs based on other similar boutiques, if not more.
