Looking like numbering is going by size. Cleary they didn't split the sizes evenly and made more of the smaller sizes and less of 12 and up. 

Sz 7: 1-750

Sz 7.5: 751-1,500

Sz 8: 1,501-2,250

Sz 8.5: 2,251-3,000

Sz 9: 3,001-3,750

Sz 9.5: 3,751-4,500

Sz 10: 4,501-5,250

Sz 10.5: 5,251-6,000

Sz 11: 6,001-6,750

Sz 11.5: 6,751-7,500

Sz 12: 7,501-8,250

Sz 12.5: 8,251-9,000

Sz 13: 9,001-9,750

Sz 14: 9,751-10,500

Sz 15: 10,501-11,250

Sz 16: 11,251- 12,000

Yeah this is off since my size 12 is 9,634 and that would be in the size 13 range.

Nike made the wings foundation an extra $420,000 with the $35 price increase. $2,700,000 at $225 per pair compared to 2,280,000 at $190 per pair. Good for the wings foundation.
 
Mine was mint as far as condition, but someone had grubby fingers and it had black fingerprints on the clean white box. At least the hole was taped up so no moisture got in.
