Air Jordan 12 Cherry 2009 Retro Size 11

Hey Everyone,

I just purchased these Jordan Cherry 12's off of Ebay,  after attempting to restore them I realized that on the right shoe the inner side of the shoe didn't line up flush.  I've looked around and seen other shoes with this "issue", but I'm just wondering if these are legit or not. Please ask if you need more pictures.Thanks in advanced for your time and comments.  This is also my first post so sorry if it looks bad.
