I got hit with a fake pair a while back and they look just about identical to yours. Throw up a pic of the box size tag just to be sure.
That being said, these are/will be a classic.

I would use a suede eraser 50-70 percent alcohol and a tooth brush if the eraser doesn't work then hit it with diluted red suede dye if the color fades I did that to my toro 5s and it came out great. never baby oil it ruins suede especially a red suede.
