Basically this. His stand up not so much, but he is a very naturally funny dude. Timing be on point to with his low key jokes in convos. That don cheadle interview had me dying.

Naturally funny dude man, had me cracking up with Snoop and his new interview show, but yeah his current standup just isn't funny to me. The hunger is gone, you're above most trauma and conflict or already explored it in older specials, it would be tough to drop a banger. That's why big successful dudes tend to just keep it moving.

I never thought he had "it". Dave, Chris Rock, Katt have "it". There are cats on NT funnier than Kev imo. I'm just not impressed by his humor. Seems like he just worked harder than everyone else and it payed off.
