Any1 recommend any online classes/tutorials for Photoshop/illustrator?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any online classes for stuff like photoshop illustrator and any things else like html, css, web design, etc? But something reasonable...like a around $100 or so, not for credit or anything just to get introduced to the stuff and then have assignments.

It'd be nice to find one that lets you go as fast or slow as you like. Thanks.
