Started lent a couple days ago and really want to start a good cleanse to my body! Any suggestions or plans I can follow?

my dad did a vegetable cleansing and swears by it....

I don't think any of those cleanses are "good". You're just starving yourself and giving yourself watery diarrhea with those drinks.
