if you go to a store they'll point you to a computer that's on display and tell you to preorder it on the site

exactly preordering in store is no different purchasing online

Yeah I was getting throttled on my 3GS and for some reason I haven't been throttled on my 4S and I use a lot of data. Hope I don't get throttled that would suck.
