Are these legend blue 11's fake/b grade?

I'm sure they're authentic but are they be grade? They're some grey spots on the patent leather and paint scruff thing on the vinyl. Also the air jordan on the tongue is un readable.

The Jumpman Jordan on the tongue is very unreadable. Also the og box is beat up.
