are you afraid of death?

Death is afraid of me.

I've been close to it before. Just the thought of it used to be very scary to me but it wasn't as bad as I expected.

Not even sure why.

I had a very rare lung defect (intralobary pulmonary sequestration) and a malicious artery roughly the same size of my aorta in my right lung got a tear.

Lung specialists said if the the tear in the artery was any bigger I'd have died from internal hemorrhage. All I did was vomit blood and cough up large bloodclots about 70% the size of a handpalm.

Set me up with a top lung surgeon asap and he called me after reviewing my scans saying my case was extremely complex and they'd never had a case that bad.

Had a relatively high chance of serious trouble during the artery and lung removal surgery as well.

I'd say the experience made me less scared of death but it also made me appreciate life more.

I'd say I am. When I was younger I used to think about dying I would almost cry because of the weird feeling I had throughout my body.
When I think about it now I don't get that feeling as strong but it's still there.

Just thinking about all the things you do and knowing that one day it's gonna stop......gets to me sometime

Now this is the real question would you rather live forever or die?

but other than that i wouldnt say i fear death

man, I'm more concerned of this than my own loss. Crazy.
But i certainly dont want to die before living a full life.

Out of the people that ever were, almost all of them are dead. There are way more dead people, and you're all gonna die and then you're gonna be dead for way longer than you're alive. Like that's mostly what you're ever gonna be. You're just dead people that didn't die yet.
