No not to my knowledge. Biggest size so far has been a 12 (29.5cm) and I think only one of those exists lol. Most FSRs I saw stopped at size 11.5 (29cm)

Dried roses stopped at 11.5 too. Maybe only 1 or 2 12s floating around. My guess would be these are the same.

That's a tough one. Chances are you'll have a better chance at finding the HALS for a decent price at a later date. So I'd say grab the Atmos for now. That's usually my logic
