Balenciaga Arena vs Louboutin Louis Flat? Which do you prefer?

Thinking it's about time I grow up and venture into the luxury shoe section of life haha. I'm looking at purchasing a pair of Balenciaga Areas or Louboutin Louis Flats in the next few days. Eventually I'll probably get both but I'm only looking to get one pair for now.

I've seen similar shoes by Steve Madden. Midas whale get those and save yourself $50.

Yeah, those are too lound and the definition of "hey, look at me". The suede ones would look more grown up imho.
