I'm using the sponge twist method (if thats what you even call it) and I'm not sure if I just keep doing what I'm doing until it locks up or what. Once your hair locks, you could wash your hair everyday if you wanted.

When I had dreads I just washed the same way I did when I had a low cut.

I'm using the nudred/sponge for free flowing twist don't really want dreads. My issue is with washing, how do you prevent dandruff if your not washing your hair weekly?

Well I had the curly fro with a taper. So I kept the top thick and curly and had it fade down the sides from there.
