90% of every celebrity wearing these that are male are not wearing socks with shorts. But I just think they look better with shorts and no socks. Any other ideas are welcome.

Yeah? Where did you get that statistic? :lol:

I barely see celebs with these and shorts at all. Bieber and Ye are the only ones that come to mind.
