Santiago is pretty fly. Thanksgiving episode was good. Looks like they're getting Terry more involved in the episodes. There have been instances where Terry is flashing his Terry Crews on the show.

I like Andy in this. Don't think he's the weakest link but even if he is his character is the foil for the other character

It's like Amy Poehler on Parks & Rec. In the beginning she was kinda grating but they learned to tone her character down.

I think they've already toned down his wacky, loud talking "Aren't I so crazy and funny? HA HA " and if they haven't they will. It's just like Amy Poehler in the first season of Parks. They've got time to figure it out.
