Calling NT Photoshop Experts! Need Help

My mom is pissed that I didn't shave before my graduation.  I say you can barely even see it but she disagrees.  Yeah, I know I should have just shaved, but save all that.  It was early as @$*!.  I have absolutely no skills so I don't even know if it's possible, but if anyone can do anything to PS that stubble out I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
 
THANK YOU! I think it's more noticeable in the actual pics bc these are just scans but whatever. Figured I'd try anyway!

I really can't even tell, makes it seem like bait for the photoshopstravaganza that's about to happen. Clever way of doing it if that's the case.
 
I could barely notice the stubble and that's only because you pointed it out.
Just tell your mom to deal with it.
