No TO? I figured we all agreed on those three
So we discredit his whole body of work because of what his 2 most memorable plays (in your eyes) are? Sounds foolish.
Top 3 right now. Still got time left
The two most memorable plays of his career are probably that one time he caught the ball on like 4 dudes and that other time he did the same thing
But maybe everyone has different definitions of memorable
Yeah that's about 30 more catches and 400 more receiving yards than the all time receiving records.
To acheive numbers like that in single season, he would need around 3 or 4 more games in a season at his highest production per game. Even if he had a better quarterback, there's a point of diminishing returns.
Brady and Peyton played with some all time great receivers in their prime ( Harrison, Moss) who couldn't achieve numbers like that in a single season.
Nobody is touching Rice. His work ethic, his consistency, his numbers are insane. Generation text and beyond doesn't have it in them to catch
You aint gotta lie craig.
Type "Calvin Johnson catch" to google and see what 's the first thing that comes up...
No duh he has made amazing catches going back to that one-hand grab on that horrible Reggie ball throw behind him at GT. But his signature NFL moments are a no-catch and a fumble now at this present moment. Maybe that's cause he's been flanked with the Lions and Matt Stafford (and he still has time to change that) but that's the truth as of right now.
