Can we talk about masculinity for a minute? Is there anything that a man simply should not do?

You gotta realize all humans are a mix between BOTH masculine and feminine qualities. Some are more balanced with the two enough to be comfortable with themselves in whatever they choose to do.

Interesting tid bit on this. There is a guy in the building I work in that allegedly masturbates from time to time. I think in his cubical or restroom. If it's true, that would explain the tissue/paper towels balled up around his work space.

He enjoys your breathing patterns.

Do what you want,

I said 30 because thats around the age people start working and in the "corporate" world and  its frowned upon.

by your 40's people may look at you weird though

Adhere to a ridiculous binary that would keep them from living their life exactly how they want in the name of 'masculinity.'

But bro, my junk is clean, and you wash your hands after anyway.

But when you sit, you put you buns on the same seat that thousands of nasty buns have touched, unless you nest up. <--Public restrooms, I don't use them smiley: sick

Keyboards and doorknobs have been shown to be dirtier than toilet seats. You don't wash your hands after you browse NT do you?

Hell Rell said man shall not sleep with man.
A man can make a decent living doing man on man porn, whether he be gay or not. A man doing what he has to do to care for his family is the definition of manhood isn't it?

They do them and I do me.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter.

But it does matter, that's the point. If men embrace feminine traits and traditions, how does one define what is masculine and feminine?

I wear skinny jeans everyday. Am I not a man?

I didn't say that at all, nor did I mean to imply that. What I am saying is that I see tight fitting clothing as a device women use to show off their bodies and attract men. Men use the same tactic but usually with their torso's, not their legs. That's my perception though. I'm curious about what yours is?

Of course there must be a balance, but where is that line drawn. What is a DEFINITE masculine trait and a DEFINITE female trait? When people cross those lines how does one make the distinction.

At what point do you say that a man has done too many feminine things to still be considered masculine?

If you cross dress, and dance, AND cry but still take the prom queen home and smash can you still be considered "suspect"?

You see what I'm saying?

Pimps championed the curls perms for 3 decades in America. You tell a pimp with a perm he aint masculine and he'll show you masculinity. Appearance isn't the end all when it comes to being masculine. I kinda see it as men breaking through ignorant generalizations like Cam championing pink clothing.

I predict somebody says "what is masculinity" and challenges the social norms that seperate men and women.  Then maybe uses an analogy using gays or religion.  Then tread will be completely derailed and filled with memes, colorful font, and the same back and forth that is in 1 out of every 8 threads.  But I could be wrong.

You mean a man shouldn't be interested in, say, sports?

I'd love to hear your explanation as to why.

I remember this guy in class called me Earrings the whole quarter at school. I was like what you never seen a dude wear earrings before? lol...

Before NTers start posting styles they consider feminine

This would be considered feminine today

Pretty much a skirt, in many cultures including Africa many men don't wear "pants"

(I used to wear earrings if that matters. Still bust them out once in a while depending on what kind of party/club I'm going to
