Apple stores never say "Apple Store" anywhere, its just the Apple logo.

All Apple Stores have a "Genius Bar," which is their tech support area.
They also have a service called "One to One" which is personalized training.

Also, all Apple employees carry around iPod Touch's with built in card readers and scanners.  It doesn't look like the employee posted has one.

Those are the few dead giveaways.
